These terms cover your use of clubsimplicity.eu and its Swedish and Norwegian pages. They are not the membership contract. The membership terms are in a separate Membership Agreement that we give you, with the price and your cancellation rights, before you pay.
1. Who we are
The website is operated by Club Simplicity Ltd, Suite G04, 1 Quality Court, Chancery Lane, London WC2A 1HR, United Kingdom (company number 16314620). Contact: admin@clubsimplicity.eu.

2. What the site offers
Club Simplicity is a members-only holiday club. The site describes the club and lets you request a free consultation by phone or video call. Requesting a consultation does not oblige you to buy anything, and a consultation is not a contract.
3. Consultation requests
When you send the form you ask us to contact you at the phone number and email you give. Calls are in the language of the page you used (English, Swedish or Norwegian). Please give accurate details. We keep your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Prices and savings
- Holiday prices in the member area are per apartment per week, not per person.
- “Up to 70%” is the largest saving we have seen against typical published prices for the same resort. Typical savings are lower and depend on resort, dates and availability.
- The membership price and what it includes are explained during the consultation and in the Membership Agreement before you pay. All prices include VAT where it applies.
- Availability and prices change; a holiday is confirmed only when we confirm your booking in writing.
5. Member area
The resort directory, search and booking tools are for members and need a login. Do not share your login, except to book for family and friends as the membership allows.
6. Testimonials
Testimonials are opinions of members, shown with their permission. Your result may differ.
7. Intellectual property
The site, logo, text and images belong to Club Simplicity Ltd or its licensors. You may view and print pages for personal use, but not copy or reuse them commercially without our written consent.
8. Our responsibility
We take care with the site but cannot promise it is always available or free of errors. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or your mandatory consumer rights.
9. Links to other sites
We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of other websites we link to, including Meta.
10. Changes
We may update these terms; the version on the site when you use it applies.
11. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in the EU/EEA (for example Sweden or Norway), you keep the mandatory consumer protection of your country of residence and may bring a claim in its courts. Consumer complaints: admin@clubsimplicity.eu. Your national consumer authority (for example Konsumentverket in Sweden or Forbrukertilsynet in Norway) remains available to you.
